Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

Check-In is from 3pm-5pm.
Or by arranging Priority Check-In
Check out by 10:30am


Reservations require a deposit of 50% of your stay to guarantee your room.
The remainder of your balance is due at check-In

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a refund deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 14-days prior to your arrival date, will be charged in-full on the original date of arrival, unless we are able to re-book your room(s) with another party. We will make every effort to re-book your room(s) and will refund any room(s) we are able to re-book minus a $25 cancellation fee for each guest room reserved.

100% Non smoking policy, if violated, you will be accessed a $200 cleaning fee.

Please be aware there are pets on the premises. Our bird lives on the third floor in our private quarters and while our dog may spend some time on the first floor, none of the pets are allowed in the guest rooms.
